M0UNISO HP 20MThank you for another wonderful contest. Rig and antenna worked 100% OK throughout, and band conditions were good too
M3CSO QRP 80MI tried QRP in CQWW CW last year and had great fun. I have never seen 80m like it in all the years I have been a radio amateur. But this weekend in the WPX RTTY 80m was the complete opposit.Saturday and Sunday morning I was hoping to work some state side stations, I heard plenty but none heard me. Infact even the uk and european stations had a job to hear me. luckly the band improved alittle on Sunday evening to work a total of 50.Nearly all hunt and pounce bar 4.Will put in a better effort next year.Great contest
N1RRMSHNice to welcome Mike-WM1K back to the hobby

N6HI/7SO LP ALLRan QRP, 5 Watts to a short end-fed wire tied to a rock thrown into a tree. I limited this to Saturday, and took it pretty casual, but managed 50 contacts, with some nice DX including EU. Thanks to all for the QSOs. Looking forward to the CW test this weekend! GO ARIZONA OUTLAWS! 73, John N6HI

N9DFD/4SO LP ALL8 hour effort
N9TFSO LP 20MChose to try my hand at a single band operation as it fit into my radio weekend schedule. I've also been trying to work and confirm IA on 20m for some time and knew of at least one IA station that operates this contest, so was hoping to work him (N0NI). (And I did!!) I was hoping for 500 plus Q's and a score above 200k. Two out of three goals met! I'ts somewhat tough going with a two element tribader at 37' and 100 watts to attract much action calling CQ. I called CQ and S&Pd about 50/50 through the 16 plus hours on the air. Rates were about the same. I had one mini run that netted me 45 Q's in 42 minutes. After that, there was a lot of RX hiss in between CQ calls. Seemed like I worked all the stations in my layer of antenna and power that were on 20 meters. Saturady propagation seemed better than Sunday. Lots of flutter on EU Russia, JA's and SA. Mid afternoon Sunday while EU was still loud to my QTH, I ran across VK3JA with a strong signal with my beam to EU. There was a huge east coast pile on him. I turned the beam to 240 degrees and the VK was just about gone. Long path it seems! Brought the beam back to the NE, VK3JA S9. Waited until the QRM from the masses calling died and slid my call in at the very end and bagged him! It was fun to play on just one band, to see how much damage I could do. Had lots of fun. Always appreciate the excellent job the CQ organization does in sponsoring these fun contests. 73 Gene, N9TF Operating conditions, K3S P3 100 Watts to TH2MK3 2 element tribander at 37', N1MM+ MMTTY
NE5LLSO QRP ALLNote: Some Serial Numbers may have been sent incorrectly on-the-air. They may be 1 or 2 off from the actual serial nr. This is not the fault of the station worked, rather a manual entry error by the operator here at NE5LL
